So, it turns out you can do some pretty cool stuff in under 100 lines of Perl code. This is in no small part one of the great benefits of using the resources available at the CPAN library. Without the Net::Telnet and Mail::Sendmail modules, our task would have taken alot more time and effort. Fortunately, someone else had already done the hard work for us.

As with the rest of the code that is being released here at Mother of Perl, Moniker uses the GNU software license, so feel free to play with the code, make suggestions for future improvements, and send patches and updates.
